New Handicap software for 2011.You can check it out online at
http://www.ehandicap.netor in the clubhouse. Don’t worry. It is user friendly and anyone wishing to enter their scores online can contact Linda and she will give you a password and walk you through it.
Divot Fill Boxes
Replacing or repairing divots is designed to get the turf growing again as quickly as possible.
Failure to replace or repair a divot can add weeks to to the time it takes turf to heal itself. So if you don't want to land in a divot after your beautiful drive down the middle of the fairway, pitch in and replace your divots.

What a start to the golf season!
Sorry the newsletter is late but since we had so much rain I didn't get to see much of everyone and I had no news to talk about... but finally things are turning around, the sun is shining. the course is dry and everyone has a smile on their face.
I thought that we should implement a new horn blast for bad weather..
- 1 long blast of the horn means heavy rain coming into the area
- 2 blasts of the horn means thunder and lightning proceed to the clubhouse or nearest shelter.

Members Opening Tournament Results
Members Opening tournament was held on June 5th, with a great day of sunshine . The team of Dave Snider Sr.,
Bill Wallace, Mike Downey and Marie Disney scored a 45.5 to take 1st Low Net. Bob Fish, Corey Walraven, Doug Holmes and Sandra Rudkin scored a 63 to take 1st Low Gross.
