Changes To Canadian ESC Methodology For Handicapping

The Royal Canadian Golf Association (Golf Canada) has announced a change to the Canadian methodology as it relates to Equitable Stroke Control (ESC). This change will bring the Canadian methodology into equivalency with current ESC calculations used by the United States Golf Association. ESC is the downward adjustment of individual hole scores for handicap purposes
